Fix Incomplete Path Display Across Dialogs and Tooltips

Summary

Provider services now emit canonical display paths for FileItem and FolderItem models. Paths start with /, include the full folder hierarchy available from the provider/container root, and include the item name.

Examples:

• /Documents/personal/faith/WHEN-WILL-JESUS-RETURN.docx.
• /README.md.

Implementation Notes

• Google Drive resolves parent folder chains with memoized caching for search, list, and metadata paths.
• OneDrive strips Microsoft Graph root prefixes such as /drive/root: and uses cached parent lookups when search results omit parent paths.
• Dropbox uses path_display where possible and normalizes Dropbox Business home-path stripping back to canonical /... display paths.
• Dialogs display service-provided item.path values directly. Properties no longer performs UI-layer path resolution.
