Which providers can I connect?
Google Drive, OneDrive, and Dropbox are currently supported. Free connects up to 2 services with 1 account per service. Paid plans support more accounts, with allowances shown in the plan details.
Do I need to move all my files into StratoFusion?
No. StratoFusion connects your existing cloud accounts and displays their files in one workspace. It is not a long-term file host. It may temporarily handle file content while a transfer, upload, download, backup, or sync runs for you.
What is the difference between copy and move?
Copy leaves the original in place. Move copies to your chosen destination first and only then cleans up the source. You choose how matching destination filenames are handled. Optional checksum verification uses compatible provider-supported MD5 or SHA-1 hashes.
Can I schedule backups and syncs?
Scheduled backups and syncs are available on Pro and Unlimited. Choose your sources, destination, schedule, and conflict settings. Jobs shows the current status; Activity Logs lets you review operation events.
What happens when I hit my quota?
Plan allowances limit new operations. If an operation exceeds the available allowance, you can wait for the relevant reset or choose a plan with a higher limit. Your storage provider can also apply its own limits. Check your usage and the fair use policy for details.
How do paid trials work?
Pro and Unlimited offer a 7-day trial to eligible first-time subscribers with no prior StratoFusion managed trial or subscription history. Checkout requires a payment method. The plan bills monthly after the trial unless cancelled. You can also start on Free without a credit card.
How do account connections work?
You approve access directly with each provider, so StratoFusion does not receive your provider password. Connection tokens are encrypted, traffic uses encryption in transit, and connected accounts and jobs are tied to the StratoFusion account that created them. You can revoke provider access at any time.
