Complete Documentation Consolidation - 2026-04-01

Summary

This pass consolidated the remaining markdown documentation outside public/docs/ into the docs tree, added category hubs, and replaced the hard-coded /dev/docs slug map with a filesystem-backed route.

Route Changes

• Replaced src/app/dev/docs/[slug]/page.tsx with src/app/dev/docs/[...slug]/page.tsx.
• Added curated aliases and sidebar categories in src/lib/docs-catalog.ts.
• Added markdown link resolution for relative doc links.
